    本政策依據香港特別行政區《個人資料（私隱）條例》（PDPO）制定。我們深知個人信息對您的重要性，並承諾以合法、公平、透明的方式處理您的個人資料。

賬戶資料：您的郵箱地址（用於註冊、登錄與接收報告）、密碼（經加密存儲，不可明文讀取）；
服務偏好：您選擇的報告語言、自選股列表（僅用於生成您的個性化報告）；
訂閱資料：您選擇的套餐、續費方式及訂閱狀態；
技術資料：爲保障服務安全與穩定運行，我們可能記錄基本的訪問日誌（如IP地址、訪問時間、瀏覽器類型）。

1.2 我們不會收集您的姓名、身份證/護照號碼、住址、銀行卡號等與提供服務無關的個人資料。

1.3 Cookies 與本地存儲：本網站不投放第三方廣告Cookie。爲記錄登錄狀態與界面語言偏好，我們可能在您的瀏覽器本地存儲（localStorage）中保存必要的會話標識與偏好設置；您可通過瀏覽器設置清除本地存儲，清除後需重新登錄。

2. 資料的使用目的

我們收集的資料僅用於下列目的：

創建並管理您的賬戶；
根據您的自選股配置生成併發送個性化市場數據報告；
處理您的訂閱、續費與退費申請；

4. 資料的跨境傳輸

4.1 本服務的數據處理可能涉及將您的資料傳輸至您所在地區以外的服務器（包括但不限於用於數據存儲與郵件發送的境外服務）。

4.2 我們僅在提供服務所必需的範圍內進行上述傳輸，並將採取合理措施確保您的資料在傳輸及存儲過程中獲得不低於本政策所述的保護標準。

5. 資料的保留與刪除

5.1 我們僅在實現本政策所述目的所必需的期限內保留您的個人資料。

5.2 您可隨時申請刪除賬戶。刪除賬戶後，我們將刪除或匿名化處理您的賬戶資料與自選股配置（法律要求保留的除外）。

5.3 服務日誌等自動化記錄將在合理期限後自動清理。具體而言：賬戶資料在您註銷後保留不超過90日（法律要求保留的除外）；服務日誌保留不超過12個月；郵件發送記錄保留不超過24個月。

6. 您的權利（PDPO 賦予）

根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》，您有權：

查閱權：查閱我們持有的您的個人資料；
更正權：要求更正不準確的個人資料；
刪除權：要求刪除您的賬戶及相關個人資料；
撤回同意：撤回您對資料處理的同意（撤回不影響撤回前已進行的處理之合法性）。

如您希望行使上述權利，請通過客服郵箱（service1@stkdata.tech）聯繫我們，我們將在合理時間內（通常爲30日內）處理您的請求。

投訴權利：如您認爲我們處理個人資料的方式違反了香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》，除聯繫本公司的個人資料保障負責人外，您亦有權向香港個人資料私隱專員公署提出投訴。

7. 資料安全

7.1 我們採取合理的技術與組織措施保護您的個人資料，包括但不限於：密碼加密存儲、傳輸加密、訪問控制與安全監控。

7.2 請您妥善保管賬戶密碼，避免使用與其他網站相同的密碼，並警惕釣魚郵件等網絡風險。

7.3 安全事件通知：如發生可能對您的個人資料造成較高風險的安全事件（如數據泄露），我們將依法儘快通過郵件或本網站顯著位置通知您，並說明事件影響與應對措施。

8. 未成年人

本服務面向年滿18週歲的用戶。我們不會在明知情況下收集未成年人的個人資料。若您爲未成年人的監護人並發現相關情況，請聯繫我們以便及時刪除。

9. 本政策的變更

9.1 我們可能不時更新本政策。更新後的政策將在本網站公佈並自公佈之日起生效。

10. 適用法律與司法管轄

    本政策受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律管轄。因本政策產生的任何爭議，經友好協商不成的，提交香港特別行政區有管轄權的法院解決。本政策以中文與英文提供，如中英文版本存在不一致或歧義，以中文版本爲準。

    This Policy is prepared in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We understand the importance of your personal data and are committed to processing it lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

1.1 To provide the Service, we only collect the following necessary data:

Account data: your email address (used for registration, login, and receiving reports) and password (stored encrypted and never readable in plain text);
Service preferences: your chosen report language and watchlist (used solely to generate your personalised reports);
Subscription data: your chosen plan, renewal method, and subscription status;

1.2 We do not collect your name, ID/passport number, address, bank card number, or any other personal data unrelated to the provision of the Service.

1.3 Cookies and local storage: This Website does not deploy third-party advertising cookies. To record login status and interface language preferences, we may store necessary session identifiers and preference settings in your browser's local storage (localStorage); you may clear local storage through your browser settings, after which you will need to log in again.

2. Purposes of Use

The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

Creating and managing your account;
Generating and sending your personalised market data reports based on your watchlist configuration;
Processing your subscription, renewal, and refund requests;
Sending you service notices (including expiry reminders and policy/terms change notices);
Ensuring service security and preventing fraud and abuse.

We do not use your personal data for any purpose other than those described above, and we do not sell, rent, or provide your data to any third party, or use it for advertising and marketing. If we conduct direct marketing in the future, we will obtain your prior consent and provide a convenient opt-out mechanism in every marketing message.

3. Disclosure of Data

3.1 We will not disclose your personal data to any third party except in the following circumstances:

To third-party service providers engaged as necessary to provide the Service (such as email delivery and payment processing services), provided such providers are subject to confidentiality obligations;
Where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority;
Where disclosure is necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company or other users.

3.2 Your watchlist is used solely to generate your own personalised reports and will not be displayed, shared, or used for any other purpose.

4. Cross-border Transfer of Data

4.1 The processing of data in connection with the Service may involve transferring your data to servers outside your region (including, without limitation, overseas services used for data storage and email delivery).

4.2 We only make such transfers to the extent necessary to provide the Service, and will take reasonable measures to ensure that your data receives a level of protection no lower than that described in this Policy during transfer and storage.

5. Retention and Deletion of Data

5.1 We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy.

5.2 You may request deletion of your account at any time. After deletion, we will delete or anonymise your account data and watchlist configuration (except where retention is required by law).

5.3 Automated records such as service logs will be cleaned up automatically after a reasonable period. Specifically: account data is retained for no more than 90 days after account deletion (except where retention is required by law); service logs are retained for no more than 12 months; and email delivery records are retained for no more than 24 months.

6. Your Rights (Under the PDPO)

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, you have the right to:

Access: request access to the personal data we hold about you;
Correction: request correction of inaccurate personal data;
Deletion: request deletion of your account and related personal data;
Withdraw consent: withdraw your consent to the processing of your data (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the customer service email (service1@stkdata.tech). We will handle your request within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days).

Right to complain: If you consider that our handling of your personal data breaches the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, in addition to contacting our data protection officer, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.

7. Data Security

7.1 We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including but not limited to encrypted password storage, encrypted transmission, access control, and security monitoring.

7.2 Please keep your account password secure, avoid reusing passwords across different websites, and be alert to phishing and other online risks.

7.3 Security incident notification: If a security incident (such as a data breach) occurs that may pose a high risk to your personal data, we will notify you as soon as practicable by email or via a prominent notice on the Website, describing the impact of the incident and the measures taken.

8. Minors

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or above. We do not knowingly collect personal data of minors. If you are a guardian of a minor and become aware of such collection, please contact us so that the data can be deleted promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

9.1 We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be published on the Website and take effect from the date of publication.

9.2 For material changes, we will notify you via your registered email or a prominent notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    This Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Policy that cannot be resolved through friendly negotiation shall be submitted to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region with jurisdiction. This Policy is provided in both Chinese and English; in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
